The class moves between a seated arrival, gentle reaches and easy standing sequences. Each movement is an invitation. You can make it smaller, use a chair or sit one out.
The emphasis is on exploring familiar movements without rushing. There is no choreography to memorise, no equipment circuit and no pressure to reach a particular shape.
