Elena Vale

Hello, I’m Elena.
I’m so glad
you’re here.

I’m here for the happy nerves, the unexpected laughter and the words you’ll remember. For ceremonies that feel warm, honest and completely at home with the people in them.

My part is to listen carefully, write thoughtfully and keep the practical things feeling calm. Your part is simply to be yourselves.

Let’s get to know each other

A little less
performance.
A little more you.

A ceremony doesn’t have to be grand to be moving. It might be a story that makes everyone laugh, a reading from your favourite person or a quiet promise said with a shaky voice.

I’m interested in what those moments mean to you. How you want the room to feel. The people you want to recognise. The words you would actually use.

We’ll give your ceremony enough structure to feel easy, and enough room to feel alive. Nothing needs to be put on for the sake of a wedding.

  1. 01

    Listen before writing.

Your story sets the direction. We start with a conversation about the things you want to celebrate, the details that matter and the tone that feels natural.

  2. 02

    Make room for your people.

Families and friendships each have their own shape. Readings, personal promises and meaningful traditions can be included with care, clear roles and comfortable language.

  3. 03

    Keep the plan clear.

A shared outline gives practical details a place. Knowing the sequence, who is speaking and when things happen leaves more space to enjoy the moment.

A few things you might be wondering.

We’re not comfortable being the centre of attention.

That’s useful to talk about early. We can consider the length of the ceremony, the arrangement of the space and how you share your vows around what helps you feel comfortable.

Can our ceremony be funny?

Absolutely. Humour works best when it comes from your story and feels kind. We’ll keep the tone warm and familiar, with nothing that puts either of you on the spot.

Can we keep parts of our story private?

Yes. Sharing your story in planning does not mean every detail belongs in the ceremony. We’ll agree what can be included, and you’ll have the opportunity to review the words.

Let’s make a little
room for your story.

Tell me what you’re imagining. You don’t need to have it all figured out.
