A slower hour.
Just for you.

Massage with time to settle, talk things through and choose what feels comfortable. One person, one conversation, a little less hurry.

A conversation.
Then quiet.

Good hands-on care starts with listening.

Before the massage begins, talk through the areas you would like included, the pressure you prefer and anything you would rather leave out. There is room for a simple, general preference: “gentle today” is enough.

You can ask for a change in pressure, an extra towel or a different position at any point. A session can be paused or stopped. Quiet is welcome; conversation is welcome too.

Your session,
at your pace.

01 / A warm start

Talk it through.

Begin with a short check-in. Agree on pressure, areas of focus and the length of your session before hands-on work starts.

02 / Settle in

Make yourself comfortable.

Take privacy to change and settle beneath the linen. Only the area being worked on is uncovered, with your permission.

03 / An easy finish

Take your time.

There is a little space to sit up slowly, dress and ask any final questions. You don’t need to be straight out of the door.

little window.

Both lengths include a welcome and time to finish. A longer session gives the appointment more breathing room; it doesn’t mean more pressure.

A little clarity.

Do I need to choose a pressure in advance?

No. Start with a general preference and discuss it at the beginning. Pressure can be adjusted throughout the session.

Can I keep some clothing on?

Comfort and consent come first. Discuss clothing, draping and positioning before the session so the approach is clear. You can decline any part.

Is this a medical treatment?

The massage described here is a general wellbeing session. It does not include diagnosis, injury rehabilitation or promises of a health outcome.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothing and a little time are enough. The first-visit guide explains the practical details and how to raise a question.
